FRIDAY, July 19, 2002 (HealthDayNews) -- If you've ever groaned your way into the locker room after a workout cut short by injury, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons wants your opinion.
The academy is collecting information on weight-training injuries through an online survey that continues until Aug. 15, with specific questions on injuries, training programs, techniques and instruction. Their goal is to determine the most common kinds of weight-training injuries for men and women.
You can find the survey, in PDF format, by clicking here.
In return for taking part in the survey, you'll be given a link where you can download free weight-training tips, fact sheets, brochures and exercises.
